upgraded commands, new command, fixed bugs
- finish / remove multiple tasks in 1 command
- fixed add task to satisfy incomplete task limit
- "!clearns" clears all tasks except streamer's incomplete tasks
- animations will cancel and restart upon any "clear" commands except clearmydone
